The more details you provide, the faster and more accurate your quote will be. Even if you’re unsure, take your best guess — we’ll confirm anything needed.

What’s Included

Powder- and ceramic-coating includes standard prep steps needed to ensure a quality finish, such as:

Media blasting on painted parts (as needed for proper adhesion)
De-gassing (to help prevent bubbling or outgassing in the final finish)
Standard masking to protect critical areas
Thread masking to keep bolts and hardware fitting properly

If your project requires special prep, heavy restoration work, or extensive contamination cleanup, we’ll let you know before starting.

Note:

Parts should be brought in reasonably clean and dry. Light dirt is fine, but parts that are excessively greasy, oily, muddy, or contaminated may require additional cleaning and prep time, which can add cost and extend turnaround.
